The implementation of MetaReg will adhere to the EC’s European Interoperability Framework (EIF 2.0). There are four work streams to adhere to this framework, which will be completed at the end of our design phase. EIF 2.0 is to enable efficient, secure, and inclusive digital public services that work across borders and sectors, promoting digital government transformation, data reuse, and trust in public systems.
There are 4 layers to EIF 2.0 that recognise that to effect interoperability; you need to create the infrastructure, constructs and understanding at these 4 layers.
